This required a Total Design Approach to optimize the harmonious relationship between existing environments, people, lifestyle, the project vision and brand identity. A truly effective design solution understands the core of a project. The creation of a desired Brand Image Identity became a guiding principle in design.
Located on a 4,447 square meter lot, the development is composed of two (2) Towers; namely REEF RESIDENCES and SOUTH REEF.
REEF RESIDENCES has 24 floors with a Total Floor Area of 29, 129 square meters. The REEF RESIDENCES offers 4 room types: Studio, 1-bedroom, and the 2 or 3-bedroom suites. Each energy-efficient unit is equipped with world-class amenities.
SOUTH REEF, an 18 –storey building beside Reef Residences, has a Total Floor Area of 14, 911 square meters. This is a condominium-condotel mixed project, where condotel rooms of 34 or 40 square meters are available for short-term residents. The home-grown, high-end Abaca Hotel is integrated into the development, providing the luxurious, boutique hotel experience renowned globally.
